III Muses is a collaboration-based strategic advisory, research, and facilitation practice that supports leaders and organizations in navigating complexity through regenerative approaches. Through convening, partnership development, and collaborative learning and coaching, it helps create the conditions for diverse actors to align around shared purpose and work together on complex business, social, and environmental challenges.

III Muses is a Founding Organising Partner of Bangkok Climate Action Week (BKKCAW), Southeast Asia's premier whole-of-society climate action platform, convening diverse constituencies across Bangkok, Southeast Asia and beyond to celebrate and galvanise transformative climate action. Its objectives are to Activate local actors and citizens as climate agents; Connect and Collaborate across local and regional initiatives; Demonstrate local solutions and whole-of-society engagement; and Shape new climate narratives that are hopeful, empowering, and inclusive. BKKCAW 2025 became the largest climate gathering in the Asia-Pacific to date, reaching 77,000+ onsite participants, 1.4 million people online, 250+ events across Bangkok, 20+ new initiatives seeded, and 34+ nationalities represented.

Through III Muses' role in BKKCAW, Rosalind served as Regenerative Design Lead in 2025 before taking on additional roles in 2026, serving as Steering Committee Member and Food Systems Cluster Co-Chair. She also maintains oversight on the core operational team.

In 2025, in collaboration with Et in Arcadia, III Muses founded LOKAL Re:Generative at Bangkok Climate Action Week - a pioneering 9-day learning journey transforming climate action from sustaining life to regenerating it - through embodied experience, cross-sector collaboration, and cultural wisdom. The programme received a very positive response and is currently exploring a regional collaboration.
